Cookies Policy

This policy explains how Fragtics uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and the limited set we actually rely on. Most of them simply keep the site working, keep you signed in and remember your shopping bag. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the shop is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. Both are described below.
What are cookies and local storage?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar way for a site to save small pieces of information on your own device. Both let the site remember things between page loads and visits — for example, that you are logged in or what is in your bag.
How we use them
We group what we use into three categories:
- Strictly necessary: required for the site to function, such as keeping you signed in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your shopping bag. The site cannot work properly without these.
- Functional: improve your experience, such as remembering that you already dismissed a promotional notice so it isn’t shown to you again right away.
- Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, described in the next two sections. These are the only third-party tracking technologies we use.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use cookies to build profiles of you for anyone other than the advertising measurement described below.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how people use the shop: how many visitors we get, which pages and products they look at, and where they leave. We use this to fix confusing pages and stock the scents people actually want.
It sets the cookies listed in the table above and sends Google information such as the page you are viewing, your approximate location (from your IP address), your device and browser, and how you reached us. We have not enabled Google Analytics advertising features, and we do not use it to show you ads.
You can opt out for every site you visit with Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies as described below.
The Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us how many people visit the shop after seeing one of our ads and which pages they look at, so we do not waste money advertising to the wrong people.
The pixel sets the cookies listed in the table above and sends Meta technical information such as the page you are viewing, your browser type and your IP address. Meta may use this to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and it acts as an independent controller of that data under its own terms.
You can stop it by blocking cookies in your browser (see below), by using your browser’s tracking protection or an ad blocker, or through your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking it does not affect your ability to browse, order or use your account.
We do not send Google or Meta your name, phone number or delivery address.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to block them. Blocking the advertising cookies is safe and changes nothing about how the shop works for you. Please note that if you block the strictly necessary items, parts of the site, such as logging in or keeping items in your bag, will not work.
Changes to this policy
