Cookies Policy
Last updated 21 June 2026
This policy explains how Fragtics uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies, and the limited set we actually rely on. We use these only to keep the site working, keep you signed in, and remember your shopping bag — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What are cookies and local storage?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar way for a site to save small pieces of information on your own device. Both let the site remember things between page loads and visits — for example, that you are logged in or what is in your bag.
How we use them
We group what we use into two categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: keeping you signed in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your shopping bag. The site cannot work properly without these.
- Functional — improve your experience, such as remembering that you already dismissed a promotional notice so it isn’t shown to you again right away.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first.
The cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| fragtics_customer | Cookie (essential) | Keeps you signed in to your account. | 30 days |
| fragtics-cart | Local storage (essential) | Remembers the items in your shopping bag between visits. | Until cleared |
| fragtics_promo_until | Local storage (functional) | Remembers that you dismissed a promotional notice, so we don't keep showing it. | Set by the offer (e.g. 24 hours) |
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings, and you can set your browser to block them. Please note that if you block the strictly necessary items, parts of the site — such as logging in or keeping items in your bag — will not work.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do. For more on how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
