Fragtics

Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 June 2026

Fragtics (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Bangladesh-based reseller of authentic Arabian and designer perfume decants. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and deliver your orders.

Information you give us

  • Your name, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
  • An optional email address, and a password (stored only in an encrypted, hashed form that we cannot read) if you create an account.
  • Order details: the items, sizes and quantities you buy, and any delivery note you add.
  • Any messages you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Information stored locally on your own device (for example, the contents of your shopping bag and whether you have dismissed a notice). See our Cookies Policy for details.

We do not collect payment card or bank details. We accept Cash on Delivery, so no card or mobile-wallet credentials are entered on or stored by our site.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, pack and deliver your orders.
  • To contact you (or have our courier contact you) about your order, including confirmation and delivery.
  • To create and manage your account and show you your order history.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and fake orders, and to keep the site secure.
  • To improve our products, range and website.
  • To comply with applicable laws and keep proper business records.

We will only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the shop:

  • Delivery partners / couriers — your name, phone number and address, so your parcel can be delivered.
  • Service providers who help us operate the site — for example, hosting and database providers that store our data, and an image-hosting provider for product photos. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

4. Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery only. You pay in cash when your order arrives, so we never collect, see or store any card, bank or mobile-wallet details.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see “Your rights” below); some records may be retained where the law requires.

6. How we protect your information

  • Account passwords are stored using a strong one-way hash with a unique salt — we never store or see your actual password.
  • Sessions use secure, browser-only (HttpOnly) cookies, and our admin area is protected by authentication.
  • Access to customer data is limited to authorised store staff.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights and choices

  • You can view and update your saved details, and see your orders, from your account page.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to stop sending you promotional messages.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity (for example, the phone number on your account) before acting on a request.

8. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites (for example, our social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the site. Please review this page periodically.
